Description: CITY OF LAWRENCE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) Grant The City, acting through its Community Development Department as the Awarding Authority, is seeking proposals from qualified individuals/organizations to work with us on our Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) Grant.  The selected applicants will be expected to support the implementation of local programming which leads to effective and impactful policy, systems and environmental changes in four areas: food service guidelines, increase in fruit and vegetable consumption; increase in active transportation and increasing breastfeeding rates after mothers return to work. There are three separate RFPs available-Project Evaluation, Health Communication, and Project Partners. The RFPs are available for download from https://www.cityoflawrence.com/Bids.aspx at 9:00 a.m.September 15, 2025. Proposals are due at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 Common Street, Room #107, Lawrence, MA 01840 on or before 12:00 noon on Monday September 29, 2025.
