GCS is requesting the qualifications of architectural/engineering firms (Firms) for architectural and engineering services for demolition of existing press box/concession stand located in Gaston County, North Carolina. The new building will fit in the existing structure’s footprint.

February 9, 2026 0 2:00 pm EST - The last day for the Firm to submit the RFQ to GCS

February 2026 - Selected Firms may be invited to interview with a GCS committee for this RFQ response

February 2026 - GCS plans to make a selection for a qualified Firm

March 2026 - Anticipated procurement award to Firm by GCS Board of Education
