Bloomington Affordable Homeownership Pilot Development Projects

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Bloomington (HRA) is seeking proposals to develop 4 vacant, HRA-owned sites for affordable homeownership opportunities. Learnings from these projects will shape the launch of a full Bloomington Affordable Homeownership Program. The ideal partner/s would have experience developing similar small-scale affordable projects, demonstrate commitment to affordable housing and experience working with emerging developers, and have financing capabilities and local market knowledge for the proposed project. Partnerships are eligible for this Request for Proposals (RFP).
