ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND – Detroit Arsenal proposes to solicit and award a 5-year Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This action will be competitive Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the following item:
