  The District is seeking engineering and design services of a qualified firm to perform feasibility studies to determine the best location, configuration and type of certified full trash capture device(s) for installation to treat each of the seventeen stormwater sub-watersheds, or Trash Management Areas (TMAs) included in the maps in Attachment 1. There is a general preference for large full trash capture devices or multi-benefit treatment designs, but certain compliant treatments for a given TMA may include small full trash capture devices for environmental, technical or logistical reasons.
