Project Description: RFP 25-26-15 City of Visalia Open Ground Land Lease Deadline: 04/02/2026 @ 1:00pm The City of Visalia is soliciting proposals from qualified and properly licensed agricultural operators to lease City-owned open ground for agricultural purposes. The property is located just west of State Highway 99 and south of State Highway 198 in the City of Visalia, near Visalia Water Reclamation Facility and may be used for dry farming, subject to applicable water availability and lan use conditions. The selected lessee will be responsible for all aspects of agricultural operations conducted on the premises, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, adherence to lease terms, and maintaining the land in good and serviceable condition for the duration of the lease.
