Description

This requirement is for the procurement of a Luciol Instruments Correlation Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer (C-OTDR) from Cotsworks, LLC. for the United States Naval Observatory. This is a sole-source requirement (see attached Sole-Source Justification) and only a quote from Cotsworks, LLC. will be accepted. Other quotes submitted shall be ineligible for award.

The quote in response to the attached solicitation shall be submitted electronically via email to Contract Specialist Ashley Steele at ashley.n.steele8.civ@us.navy.mil by the time and date specified.
