Project Description: The Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC), owners and operators of Reliever Airports, are extending an invitation to qualified firms to submit a proposal (RFP) for janitorial services at the Saint Paul Downtown Airport location for a 3-year period with an option for two 1-year extensions. The initial contract shall be effective June 01, 2026. Specific janitorial services are listed in the specifications of the solicitation.
Proposer must have a minimum of 5 years of experience operating janitorial and building maintenance in public buildings exceeding 50,000 square feet at one facility.
