Description: Sealed bids for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet St., Andover, Massachusetts 01810 until the time specified below at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.  The time received will be stamped on each bid and for a consistency of time, the time stamp clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time. ITEM IFB No. 185/024/25 Andover Town Offices – Phase 2 FILED SUB-BID OPENING (Filed Sub-Bid Categories): ELECTRICAL, May 7, 2025 FIRE PROTECTION, GLASS & GLAZING,                                         11:00 AM RESILIENT FLOORING FILED SUB-BID OPENING (Filed Sub-Bid Categories): HVAC, MASONRY,                                     May 7, 2025 METAL WINDOWS, PAINTING                                                                 2:00 PM DCAMM Certification and an Update Statement are required for all filed sub-bidcategories. GENERAL BID OPENING IFB No. 185/024/25                                                                                         May 21, 2025 GENERAL BIDS  for: Andover Town Offices – Phase 2                              11:00 AM DCAMM Certification in General Building Construction and an Update Statement are required on this bid. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting and site visit will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet St., Andover, MA 01810.  Meet under the exterior awning of the first floor main entrance. Bid Documents may be obtained on the Central Purchasing Department webpage located at www.andoverma.gov/bids . Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK, or BID BOND issued by a responsible bank or trust company licensed to do business in the State of Massachusetts in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
