The system shall include a high-volume mailing machine with postage meter and a folding/inserting system.
Bid proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of St. Joseph's electronic bidding system as it helps to expedite the bidding process and alleviate errors. No paper, emailed, or faxed submissions will be accepted. The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
