Summary

The Project consists of the construction of a new restroom and concessions facility for the City of Cheyenne. The building will be approximately 1,248 square feet. The Project involves furnishing all labor, materials, services, and equipment required for the project, including, but not limited to excavation, construction of concrete foundations, load bearing concrete masonry walls and partitions, wood truss roof structure, insulation, metal roofing, metal doors and frames, finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and other related items of work
