Description

Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) needs to procure all labor to perform machine work and tooling activities at Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) for the Fall 2026 Refueling outage (RE34). The CONTRACTOR shall provide two (2) certified machinists and all specialty tools for the in-body work on the main steam isolation valve (MSIV), and other work as assigned, during RE34.

A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at 10:00 a.m., CST, January 29, 2026. The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting.
