Description: REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS FOR SALE OF PROPERTY 137 S. COURT SQUARE, GREENVILLE, GA 30222 Meriwether County is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of property located at 137 S. Court Square, Greenville, GA 30222. The minimum acceptable bid (reserve price) is $115,000. Pre-bid walkthroughs will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. and Friday, August 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the property. Attendance is encouraged for those interested in submitting a bid. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 5, 2025. Sealed Bids must be submitted to the Meriwether County Administration Office, 17234 Roosevelt Highway, Building B, Greenville, GA 30222. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the exterior of the envelope as follows: SEALED BID – PROPERTY SALE 137 S.
