Notes	The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a Contractor to provide supervision, labor, cleaning supplies, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the custodial and support services in a workmanlike and acceptable manner, meeting or exceeding the quality standards as indicated in the specifications. Potential Bidders are encouraged to attend the Site Visit on February 11, 2025 at 3:00 PM at 3200 Tremont Road, Upper Arlington, OH  43221.  Please RSVP with Valerie Piccininni at 614-583-5286.   Potential bidders will meet in the front of the parking garage by the Community Center. Square Footage: Level 1 – 12,905 SF Level M – 6,414 SF Level 2 – 8,455 SF Level 3 - 8,748 SF Level 4 – 19,623 SF Level 5 – 17,695 SF The City of Upper Arlington encourages all businesses, including minority and women-owned businesses to respond.
