This project aims to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of these public spaces by: 1. Installing permanent, low-voltage decorative landscape lighting on palm trees along Butler Avenue. 2. Upgrading the existing electrical infrastructure and adding new electrical outlets to the base of palm trees along Strand Avenue.
