Description: Invitation for Bids (IFB) City of Bisbee Shared Use Path-Lavender Pit East Segment SUBMISSION DATE CHANGED TO TUESDAY, APRIL 28, 2026 Sealed bids will be received by the City of Bisbee for reconfiguring the existing four-lane roadway into a three-lane roadway and adding a shared-use path (SUP) along SR 80, including demolition, paving, concrete, grading, drainage, signage, pavement marking, lighting, and traffic control improvements. The scope area is a 10–16-foot-wide asphalt concrete path along SR 80.
