Listing Information/Advertisement:

The University of New Orleans Research & Technology Foundation, owner and operator of “The Beach” is collaborating with the H2theFuture coalition to establish the “Louisiana Future Energy (LFE) Center,” which will serve as the physical and programmatic hub of the green hydrogen cluster. The Center will be a collection of open-floor and closed offices, collaboration space, and conference rooms and will bring together stakeholders from across the southeastern US region to exchange ideas and information. The entrepreneurial campus atmosphere encourages research, development, technology advancement, training, and educational opportunities, strengthening economic competitiveness, and workforce development.

This project consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide General Contractor (GC) services for the construction of office space of approximately 15,000 square feet primarily on the second floor of the existing Center for Energy Resources Management (CERM) building which will be identified as “Louisiana Future Energy” at the UNO research park known as The Beach at UNO - 2045 Lakeshore Drive, New Orleans, Louisiana.

To be a valid delivery, Sealed Bids must be delivered by hand to Corporate Realty, 1450 Poydras Street, Suite 1420, New Orleans, Louisiana, 70112 during the normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, on or before November 15, 2024 @ 2:00pm CST.
Electronic bids through Central Bidding will not be accepted.   ***Pre-Bid Conference attendance is mandatory for all bidders (GC’s). Major subcontractors (MEP) are highly encouraged to attend and view existing site conditions. ***

***Please bring PPE to Pre-Bid Conference, as the site walk through will involve a hard hat zone***
