Description: Scope is to build a new maintenance building onsite of the Fentress County TDOT location. The new maintenance building is to be a 40' x 80' Pre-Engineered Metal Building The proposed location is between an existing garage and existing storage shed. The existing garage is a 40x60 structure. The existing shed is a 20x100 structure. Both will be demolished as part of the project. Pre-Bid: At the TDOT Fentress County Maintenance Building, on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. Local Time (Central Time). Bid Opening (WebEx) : At 2:00 p.m. Local Time (Central Time) on Thursday, December 04, 2025
