The Bid Openings stated above previously scheduled for December 9th 2025 have
been cancelled under the provisions of N.J.A.C. 5:34-9.3
This notice is posted on the Town Website and was distributed to all potential
bidders who have obtained the specifications. Bidders shall be allowed to
retrieve any bids that may have already been submitted or that may have already
been sent, but not yet received by the municipality. For those not picked up by a
vendor within 10 days, the municipality will return them, unopened.
