Branch Sugar Creek, Blair Dr. over Sugar Creek and Fort Jesse Rd. over Sugar Creek.  A location map is shown on the cover of the Plans. Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “2026 Bridge & Culvert Repairs” at the following location before the following date and time: Office of Town Clerk 11 Uptown Circle Normal, IL 61761 BID DUE DATE: Thursday, May 7, 2026 BID DUE TIME: 2:30 PM Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Bid Due Time in Office of the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761 This is a prevailing-wage project. Bid documents are available electronically from the Town of Normal website at http://www.normalil.gov/bids.aspx .
