Term & FacilitiesSpring–Summer 2026 (e.g., April 1–August 31, 2026). Facility: Jack Russell Park Tennis Courts – 6 courtswith lights.5. Budget & CompensationTotal City Programming Budget: $10,000. Social events and clinics are free; youth camps $25/week perparticipant (City-managed). Contractor compensated by City (no revenue share).16. Vendor QualificationsUSPTA or PTR certification preferred; 3+ years experience; references; CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain;ability to pass Level 2 background check and abuse prevention course.7.
