Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is part of routine procurement of Prevention and Student Assistance Program services. Montgomery County Offices of Drug & Alcohol and Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities/Early Intervention braid funding to provide a continuum of Prevention, Student Assistance Program, and Intervention services through contracted providers to Montgomery County Public School Districts and their Kindergarten through grade 12 students. The county is divided into four regions. One provider will be selected per region and may be selected to provide services in more than one region.
