Description: The Village of Western Springs, Illinois is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for additional qualified firms to submit responsive proposals in the form of a “Statement of Qualifications” (SOQs) to provide Professional Engineering Services. The SOQ must be received at the Office of the Village Clerk, Village of Western Springs, 740 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois 60558, no later than 9:00 A.M. June 22, 2026. The SOQs may be submitted by mail, delivery service, or in person. Faxed or emailed SOQs will not be accepted. In-person deliveries will only be accepted at Village Hall during the Village’s current hours of operation.  Any SOQ received after the submittal deadline closing time and date will not be considered. Responses to such inquiries or requests for clarification will be provided in writing by reply email to all potential consultants who have received an RFQ packet and have provided an email address contact information. This RFQ process shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Local Government Professional Services Selection Act (50 ILCS 510.01 et seq.).
