Summary:	The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the provision of software licenses and hosting services for the Clariti Enterprise Permitting Platform. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring the availability, scalability, and performance of the software through appropriate licensing models and hosting solutions.
