Summary BPHL's Alcohol and Drug Testing Program (ADT) provides the supplies (e.g., dry gas, mouth pieces, and O-rings) for alcohol and drug testing for the State of Ohio. These supplies are used for OVI enforcement in Ohio by State of Ohio Police Officers, Correction Officers, and State Highway Patrol. Additionally, these supplies are required items to meet OAC 3701-53-01 through 10 to maintain the instruments and train our stakeholders. Orders will be submitted on an as needed basis throughout the life of the contract; invoicing to follow each order.	Predecessor Contract

Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “ODH RFP #SRC0000023231/DOH55500 - Technical Proposal” and "ODH RFP #SRC0000023231/DOH55500 - - Cost Proposal” as appropriate.
