Osceola County, Florida is issuing this Request for Letters of Interest (RFLOI) from highly qualified and experienced Acquisition and Development Teams for the purchase and development of approximately 25 +/- acres of land owned by the County, hereinafter referred to as “Property”. The Property is located west of Jack Calhoun Drive (formerly known as South Hoagland Boulevard), northeast of Hoagland Boulevard and north of Pug Mill Road, within unincorporated Osceola County.
