Project Description: IPTC seeks bids from qualified vendors (regardless of size) to provide comprehensive landscaping and ground maintenance services across multiple properties. The primary objective of this project is to ensure that IPTC properties consistently reflect a high standard of environmental stewardship, functionality, and cleanliness. The chosen vendor(s) will ensure that the landscapes remain healthy, visually appealing, and aligned with IPTC's needs by providing customized, proactive ground-care services. IPTC anticipates awarding multiple contracts for these services.
