Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking sealed bids ls from experienced and qualified Bidders to provide asphalt paving and concrete services on an "as-needed" basis. The successful Vendor/Contractor shall provide CCPS with asphalt paving and concrete services on a time and materials – task orders contract basis at CCPS schools, centers, and office buildings.

All Work will be in accordance with the provisions contained in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). It is anticipated that one Contract will be issued to a single successful Vendor/Contractor; however, CCPS reserves the right to award separate contracts, if in the best interest of CCPS.  CCPS reserves the right to cancel the ITB, make an aggregate award, or split the award between more than one Bidder.

Any resultant Contract shall be for one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
