This addendum serves as notification that the submission deadline for the following Requests for

Proposals has been extended by one (1) week:

RFP 05-26-01 – Stevens Park Pavilion

RFP 05-26-02 – Stevens Park Parking Area Improvements

RFP 05-26-03 – Stevens Park Pickleball Courts

The revised proposal submission deadline for all three RFPs is:

Friday, June 26, 2026, at 3:30 PM

In addition, responses to questions received to date, along with any clarifications that can be

provided, will be posted on June 16, 2026.

All other terms and conditions of the RFP remain unchanged.
