Scope of Work:

Remove lead-containing paint from retaining walls. Prep and clean the wall surface, patch any damaged areas and seal retaining wall as per drawing and specifications.

Sealed bids for the Remove Lead Paint and Seal Retaining Wall at Mamie Towles Elementary School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on April 29, 2025. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 p.m. (local time).
