As the inventor and global leader in the science of Priority Dispatch, the company exclusively delivers every major component necessary for modern, evidence-based emergency call-taking and dispatch operations. This includes Expert System Priority Dispatch call-taking software and ProQA, the only fully two-way CAD-integrated Priority Dispatch software system. They are the sole provider of AQUA, an automated Priority Dispatch Quality Assurance case review platform, as well as 24/7 technical support for all Priority Dispatch–related software. Priority Dispatch is the only contracted provider of the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch’s (IAED) evidence-based protocols, including the unified Medical Priority Dispatch System (MPDS) version 13.3, Police Priority Dispatch System (PPDS) version 7, and Fire Priority Dispatch System (FPDS) version 7.1, in addition to specialized materials such as cardset trays, protocol tablets, Pilot Guides, and OMEGA alternate care/referral protocols. They exclusively supply IAED’s Principles of Emergency Medical Dispatch, 6th Edition, and offer comprehensive consulting services that support MPDS, FPDS, and PPDS implementation and accreditation readiness.
