General Notice

The Erie County Department of Environment and Planning on behalf of Erie County Sewer District No. 3

(Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of ECSD No. 3 Contract No. 88 Milestrip Road to Lake

Avenue Cured In Place Pipe Lining project in the Town of Hamburg.

Bids will be received by the Commissioner of the Erie County Department of Environment and Planning

located at 95 Franklin Street, Room 1034, Buffalo, New York, 14202, until Tuesday, March 24th, 2026 at

10:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in Room 1004.

The Project includes installation of glass reinforced plastic cured in place pipe liner in approximately

1,506 linear feet of 21-inch diameter and 353 linear feet of 30-inch diameter reinforced concrete

sanitary sewerlines.

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at

https://www3.erie.gov/dsm/form/dsm-bids-on-line-bid-retrieval . Bidding Documents must be

downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders must register as a plan holder.

Attendance is encouraged at a pre-bid conference on Wednesday March 11th, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the

project site. Attendees are encouraged to park vehicles on Bethford Drive near House #3347 and

attendees will walk together to project site.
