EdSights
EdSights is a student success platform that generates predictive persistence insights directly from real-time SMS conversations directly with students using a proprietary, research-based conversational AI framework. EdSights specializes in a higher education software platform which analyzes all student text message interactions (not just individual campaigns) to produce individual risk profiles (in 25+ risk areas), auto-prioritized outreach recommendations, and institution-wide risk trends.

EdSights also provides rule-based crisis escalation system that automatically forwards high-risk or time-sensitive language from students to designated staff in real time.

In addition, EdSights offers the trademarked Student Voice Score (SVS), the industry’s only AI-generated, benchmarkable student sentiment metric derived from qualitative conversational data stemming from SMS texting conversations with students.

These capabilities are proprietary to EdSights and are not available from any other vendor.
