2021-GI-17 CDBG Sidewalk Improvements

Closes: December 8, 2025 2:00 pm

The work consists of the installation of curb and gutter, driveway repair, ADA sidewalk ramps, erosion control, sidewalk, storm sewer and all incidental and/or related work as necessary to provide a complete project.

Response Process

Responses shall be submitted with the words "Response to 2021-GI-17 CDBG Sidewalk Improvements" on the title line of the form, in the subject line of the email or clearly indicated outside of the mailing.

Responses will be reviewed in Council Chambers shortly after the closing date and time.

Details

A Pre-Bid Conference WILL NOT be held.

Drawings and Specifications for the contract may be inspected at the Public Works Department, Sedalia City Hall, 200 S. Osage Ave.

Complete digital project bidding documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 and can be obtained from the City’s Project Manager, Jeremy Stone via email at jstone@sedalia.com. Include a copy of your check in the email.

All questions shall be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Nations (enations@sedalia.com) via email by 4:00 p.m. Monday, December 1, 2025. Responses shall be issued as an addendum by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
