Scope of Services
The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for Gilbert WWTF Efficiency Upgrade. The work includes furnishing all material, equipment, labor, supervision and other requirements necessary to provide, install, and commission 3 replacement positive displacement digester blowers and motors, 3 turbo blowers and motors with VFDs to replace existing centrifugal aeration blowers, 2 dissolved oxygen probes with controller(s), LED lighting to replace high pressure sodium site lighting, and monitoring equipment at 6 lift stations and at the WWTF per the bid specifications. Base Bid
The Base Bid portion consists of all material, labor, and other requirements necessary to install 3 turbo blowers, 3 positive displacement blowers, 2 dissolved oxygen probes with controller(s), LED lighting, and monitoring equipment at lift stations and the WWTF. This project is being funded through the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) Division of Administration, Grant Agreement No. 32780.
