Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) develops and manages affordable housing projects across Boulder County. BCHA seeks to contract with an experienced Development Consultant (“Consultant”) to provide ongoing project development support on an as-needed basis. The selected Consultant will assist in identifying, structuring, financing, and implementing affordable housing developments within BCHA’s pipeline. BCHA’s development pipeline may include both rental and homeownership opportunities. The consultant will receive a fixed monthly retainer for development consulting, or, if a project proceeds to closing, a negotiated percentage of the overall project developer fee. This arrangement allows BCHA to benefit from consistent advisory services while incentivizing successful project execution.
