Bid Title:	Invitation to Bid Whitaker Alley Water Main Replacement

Description: This project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: installing approximately 782 LF of 6-inch HDPE DIPS DR11 in the alley west of Whitaker Drive between High Park Way and 39 th Street in Missoula, MT. Connections will be made to existing water mains. The existing water services will be swapped and connected to the new mains. Associated appurtenances, fittings, and other items necessary to complete the project are detailed on the construction plans. All restoration of disturbed areas including asphalt, concrete, gravel, landscaping, and irrigation, and other miscellaneous work is included. The complete Invitation to Bid, Contract Documents consisting of half-size Drawings, and Project Manual may be viewed or obtained on-line beginning on November 22, 2025. Prospective Bidders must purchase contract documents through QuestCDN.  QuestCDN is a web-based platform for construction project advertisements, bid documents distribution and plan holder lists.  Prospective bidders will need the seven-digit QuestCDN project number (9944891) to locate the job on the QuestCDN website search page. Bids will not be accepted from any prospective bidder who has not purchased contract documents through QuestCDN. Notice is hereby given that electronic bids for the construction of: Whitaker Alley Water Main

Replacement will be received by the City of Missoula, 435 Ryman Street, Missoula, Montana, 59802 until

2:00 p.m. local time (MT), on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. The bids will then be publicly opened and

read aloud from the City of Missoula, 435 Ryman Street, Missoula, Montana 59802 via virtual Microsoft

The City of Missoula requires bidders submit electronic bids as prescribed on the City’s electronic

bidding site, www.questcdn.com or www.ci.missoula.mt.us/bids.
