Notes	The San Jacinto River Authority is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for the following project in Montgomery County, Conroe, Texas: CSP No. 24-0015-A – Wastewater Treatment Facility No. 2 Tertiary Filter Improvements (Woodlands Division). SCOPE OF SERVICES: This project involves the construction of tertiary filter improvements at Wastewater Treatment Facility No. 2 (WWTF No. 2) to replace two of the existing tertiary sand filters with two new cloth media filters. WWTF No. 2 is located at 5402 Research Forest Drive in the Woodlands, Texas 77381. Two AquaDiamond filters with the same dimensions as the existing filters will be installed along with surface spray bar and swivel pipe, and framed opening in the UV building. Construction sequencing will be evaluated with the contractor. Refer to attached CSP bid document/s for : -Bid schedule and Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference -I nformation on existing proposed filter capacities and project specifics Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost: $ 5,774, 000. Estimated project schedule: Substantial Completion within 330 calendar days after NTP. Contract(s) awarded under this CSP may be funded in part by financial assistance from Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) Clean Water State Revolving Fund (Equivalency).
