• Construction is planned to start: May 18, 2026

• Substantial Completion: August 17, 2026

PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK: Install new plumbing risers to shower units, toilets and toilet

flanges in Holcomb Residential Hall. Bids to include Add Alternates 1 and 2 for new toilets and toilet flanges

in Whitney Residential Hall and Sprague Residential Hall.

The work that will be required includes but is not limited to the following:

•

Removal of existing showers and plumbing risers in Holcomb Res Hall

•

Removal of existing toilets, toilet flange and associated piping to flange in Holcomb Res Hall

•

Installation of new shower units including fixtures and drain assemblies in Holcomb Res Hall

•

Installation of new toilets in Holcomb Res Hall

•

Ceilings to be removed beneath all locations where toilets and or showers are to be removed and

replaced.

•

Additional framing included where new shower install deems necessary.

•

New Shower accessories to be installed to achieve all code requirements

•

New lighting to be installed where ceilings are removed during demo phase
