Acknowledge receipt of this addendum in the spaceprovided on the submittal form. Failure to do so may subject the Bidder todisqualification.Clarifying Information:Question #1:Under the Water System Mast Plan Format, within exhibit “C”,section A.7.c. states “perform visual inspection of interior andexterior of the City’s thirteen (13) reservoirs and provide specificrecommendations with planning level estimates regarding recoating,cathodic protection, and miscellaneous improvements.Is it the City’s intent to have these inspections done as part of theWater Master Plan evaluation?Response:Yes, we want the tanks to be inspected externally, and internallywith divers, as part of the existing infrastructure evaluation.Question #2:Response:Can the City provide GIS files for the existing water system?The City of Roseburg will provide the active GIS files for the existingwater system to the selected consultant when they begin work onthe planning document. For this SOQ the existing system can beclosely summarized by referring to the existing water master plan(MSA,2010).
