REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Sealed Proposals for the WEST PITTSTON MAINTENANCE FOR DECORATIVE STREET LIGHTS Contract will be received online via the PennBid Program, by WEST PITTSTON BOROUGH, until 10:00 a.m. local time on August 18, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be opened electronically on the PennBid website, shortly after which a notice will be posted in PennBid containing the bid results. The Project consists of
scheduled and emergency maintenance to the Borough owned decorative street lights in West Pittston Borough.
Proposals will be received for a 2-year Contract and must include hourly rates, referenced on p.4 of uploaded file.
