The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the following in Washington County:

1. Reconstruction of an existing roadway, including some full depth reconstruction and resurfacing of existing roadway.
2. Construct asphalt and concrete driveways.
3. Construct curbs, sidewalks and ADA ramps.
4. Install new signing, illumination, and pavement markings
5. Remove/abandon existing stormwater system, install new storm conveyance system and upgrade existing water quality facility
6. Install retaining walls.
7. Install permanent seeding and landscaping.
8. Implement temporary traffic control and temporary erosion control measures.
9. Perform additional and incidental Work as called for by the specifications and plans.

The Project cost range is $3,000,000 - $7,000,000 .
