Bid Title:	Town of Apex Western Wake Transmission Phase 2

Description: Pursuant to NC General Statutes 143-129, sealed bids will be received by the Town of Apex for the furnishing of all materials and construction of the Western Transmission Main -   Phase 2 Project. Sealed Bids for the construction of the Western Transmission Main – Phase 2 project will be received by The Town of Apex, at the Town of Apex Water Resources Administration Building in the main conference room, 105-B Upchurch Street, Apex, North Carolina, 27502 until 2:00 P.M. local time on June 9 th , 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.  The Project consists of constructing approximately 1,500 LF of 20” Water Main and appurtenances. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. local time on May 28 th 2026 at The Town of Apex, at the Town of Apex Water Resources Administration Building in the main conference room, 105-B Upchurch Street, Apex, North Carolina, 27502. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
