All work shall be in accordance with the Allen County Surveyor's Office specifications. By signing below you acknowledge that

you have read and understand the 2025 Allen County Technical Specifications for Open Drain Maintenance.

Scope of Work:

Contractor shall perform De-Brushing, Dipping, and Restoration on the Bobay Br.1 and the Lare Drains

Bobay Br.1: beginning @ STA 52+00 follow the drain east then south to STA 65+00 = 1,300 L.F.

Lair:beginning @ STA 0+00 follow the drain north to 25+00 = 2,500 L.F.

Total L.F. = 3,800

Access is from 4518 W Till Road at drain or 9524 Fritz Road along the south side of the drain, utilizing the 75’ regulated

drain easement.

Working Side: south side of drain.

Wetlands Present: Please see attached wetland requirements before bidding.

NOTE: Contractor must follow IC 36-9-27, applicable state/local laws, and Allen County Surveryor's Office

Technical Specifications. Contractor shall utilize the regulated drain easement. Any access and damage

outside the easement is the responsibility of the Contractor. All drain work is subject to Allen County

Surveyor's Office approval. 48 hours notification for inspection is required before work can begin.

Project Detail

Bobay Br.1 and Lare

Location: Bobay No. 1 and the Lare Drain in Washington Twp/Sec 5, beginning @ STA

52+00 Follow the drain east then south to STA 65+00 = 1,300 L.F.. Contractor shall also dip

and debrush the Lare Drain, following the drain east, then north from Station 0+00 to

Station 25+00 — approximately 2,500 linear feet. Total L.F = 3,800

Scope of Work: Contractor shall perform Dipping, De-Brushing and Restoration on the

Bobay No. 1, and the Lare Drain. All Work shall be in accordance with the Allen County

Surveyor’s

O ice Drain Maintenance Specifications.

Limits of Work: Work shall begin at STA 52+00 and proceed to STA 65+00 (Bobay Br. 1)
