Description: TOWN OF ENFIELD, CONNECTICUT DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SEWER/STORM MANHOLE COVERS, FRAMES AND RISERS July 28, 2026 Sealed responses for the products and materials named above will be received at the office of the Director of Finance until 11:00 a.m. EST on August 11, 2026. Thereafter, proposals will be opened in public and read aloud or opened and read aloud pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Governor’s Executive Orders. Responses received after this date and time will not be accepted.
