Project Description

Trail to Crane Creek Regional Park, Project No. 2007-19

The work is described generally as constructing approximately 7,500 linear feet (LF) of trail, a 90 LF steel pedestrian bridge, two 14-foot clear span (16-foot total length) wood bridges, drainage improvements, minor structures for earth retainment or drainage, concrete abutments, concrete footings, trail signage, and new fencing.

The Contractor must have a valid California contractor's license, a Class A General Engineering Contracting license or a Class C-12 license. The Engineer’s estimate for this project is $2.7 Million.
A MANDATORY prebid job site walk of entire new trail alignment will be held at 10:00 AM on January 22, 2025 at 6626 Petaluma Hill Road, Rohnert Park. Access the site via the City’s Water Tank Access Road, just north of the Petaluma Hill and Laurel Drive intersection. Attendance at the prebid conference is mandatory for all prime contractors submitting a bid. For those who have attended the prebid conference, additional site visits can be scheduled if the City is notified twenty-four (24) hours in advance.

A digital copy of the drawings and specifications can be obtained on this webpage. If preferred, a hard copy of the drawings and specifications may be obtained from Draftech for a non-refundable fee.
