Description: Sealed proposals for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street, Andover, Massachusetts 01810, until the time specified below at which time the proposals will be opened. The time received will be stamped on each proposal and for a consistency of time, the wall clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time. ITEM BID OPENING Proposal No. RFQ # 185/023/27 October 16, 2026 Comprehensive Space Planning Services for Memorial 11:00 AM Hall Library, Andover, MA Memorial Hall Library (MHL) is seeking responses from qualified design firms to provide comprehensive space planning services. This RFQ aims to engage a professional team to develop a space utilization assessment and make recommendations to advance the goals and priorities aligned with the library’s mission and the priorities identified in its strategic plan. Specifications and qualification forms may be obtained on the Town website located at www.andoverma.gov/bids . No proposer may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The fee for these services is not to exceed $75,000.00 and will be negotiated with the selected designer. A Briefing Session will be held for all interested parties on September 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at the Memorial Hall Library (rear entrance) at 2 North Main Street., Andover, MA.
