The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the construction of a ten foot, (10 foot), wide shared use path within an abandoned railway track between the locations of Gibraltar Avenue and Admiral Drive and the widening of the existing trail along the location from Popular Avenue and Taylor Avenue for a combined distance of approximately 1.3 miles.
