Description: This project is being RE-BID with a new bid deadline of January 29 at 10:00am. The project consists of a proposed guardhouse conventional framed building with associated sidewalks, parking surfaces, driveway improvements, roadway asphalt pavement widening to accommodate additional lanes and a vehicle turnaround bulb-out, and access control gates. Water piping extensions and associated appurtenances will serve the facility from South Point Road. A septic system will be proposed to collect and treat wastewater from the guardhouse. The project will be financed with local funds.
