Services (DAS) website, https://portal.ct.gov/das/ctsource/bidboard , State Contracting Portal, Town of Wolcott, Solicitation Number 166-PI-39, and the Wolcott Town Hall, Mayors Office, 10 Kenea Avenue, Wolcott, CT 06716.
